I like that staff was friendly and well mannered it was quiet and room was clean i have stayed here many times and never any problems we will be coming back and price was reasonable

This was the worst Super 8 i ever seen and I don’t recommend it to anyone. There were bugs, spiders and maintenance is at a all time low.

The shower was falling apart and only got hot half the time, after you let it run for 10 min. The hot water side of the sink did not work. There was something brown and hard on the toilet paper. There were 2 TVs neither were hooked up. Only one had a remote and got it working after hooking it up to my hot spot and my Roku. The other didn’t work. People were partying in the pool till 5am. Mentioned all this to the gentleman man Saturday morning and he looked at me with a lost glare and just said I’m sorry. We were stuck paying 165 a night for cold showers and interrupted sleep.

A room near me, or not, had children. One of the children stayed outside my room BOUNCING A BALL WHILE I'LL WAS TRYING TO REST. THE ROOM NEXT TO ME WAS SLAMMING THEIR DOOR! THE TOILET WAS USED BEFORE I ENTERED MY ROOM, AND LEFT IN THE TOILET! AND NOT AWARE THAT THE TOILET WASN'T, WHEN I HAD TO USE IT, WAS BLOCKED UP. I WENT TO THE OFFICE LATER THAT EVENING TO REQUEST A PLUNGER TO UNSTOP IT! I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS, AND EACH TIME IT JUST KEEPS GETTING WORST! NOW, BACK TO CHECKING IN, I ARRIVED EARLY, AND I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WERE NO CLEAN ROOMS, RATHER RUDELY, AND SO IF THAT WERE THE CASE, SHE HAD NO TIME TO BE SITTING AROUND TALKING, AND MORE CLEANING. THIS MAKES THE SECOND TIME AS IN SO MANY MONTHS THAT I'VE HAD A SITUIATION W/ WYNDHAM, AND THAT I GET NO SATISFACTION FROM IT, EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF!

It's a SUPER 8, but it was the cheapest available and closest to GULF SHORES, ALABAMA, but it was still OUTRAGEIOUS!!!!!!!!

The room was nasty as was the bathroom. There were broken equipment in the bathroom. Also the toilet would not flush anything down and had to plunge several times for our 1 night stay. Will never stay there again.

The property was a little rundown. The pool was filthy! Gloops of hair was in the pool. The hair dryer didn’t work & the water took forever to warm up. There was only 3 pillows per bed that were small.

The floors was nasty couldn’t walk on them after a shower would turn the bottom of your feet black. Shower was slick in the bottom when you stepped in like oil or something.

The lady at check in time was very nice and friendly. The guy at check out was not happy. Your apple juice machine was empty and he had an attitude but he did go and fill it up. Our room's floor was yucky feeling, very dirty and slimy feeling. Our shower wasn't draining well so I tried to clean it out some and pulled out very long dark hair. On a positive note...our bed was very comfortable.

Mildew and wet floors

Once we got to the room, the smell was mildew and sour smell. I stepped a few steps and ended up in mushy floor and water was seeping out of the floor. We tried to change rooms but they said no room available and would not refund. I saw that they knew of this problem because they had a dehumidifier already in the room. I had to stay because I already paid for the room. I cleaned the dehumidifier three times that evening and night. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I wanted a refund, but they reufused. They gave me 3 small towels to put on the floor!

We stayed on the first floor. On our 3rd night (& last thankfully) around 11pm water began leaking through the bathroom light. We told front desk asap. They looked at it but chose to do nothing. They didnt even check on the people directly above us. At checkout we told them again & they didnt seem to care. This could dangerous so i hope they fixed it after we left..
