We stay at the rookery every summer. My family owns 2902 in the rookery. The refrigerator could not keep up. Maintenance guy needed to come out and clean coils. Towel rack in one bathroom fell off the wall. Door knob to guest bedroom came off. Master door handle was about to fall off. Cable television did not work the first three days. Light fixture over dining table is secured on the ceiling but then raised with a coat hanger from a department store. The kids bunks did not have enough wooden slats so when my son went to bed he almost fell through. Most Everything was eventually fixed throughout the stay. Just needs to be improved and inspected before arrival.
