Gulf View offers the perfect beach escape for families looking to enjoy Gulf Shores and all it has to offer. This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo is conveniently located less than half a mile from public beach access, within walking distance of various restaurants, including The Hangout, Sea-n-Suds, and Oyster Bar. The condo is also close to family attractions like water parks, miniature golf, and the Gulf Shores Zoo. On days when you want to relax without leaving the complex, there's an outdoor pool.

Inside the condo, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The three bedrooms provide space for everyone to unwind after a day at the beach. The unit features a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances for preparing meals. If you prefer to grill outdoors, the complex provides charcoal grills. The spacious living area is ideal for dining and relaxation, and there's a full-size laundry room to handle any vacation-related needs. An extra refrigerator with a freezer is available in the laundry room, ensuring you have enough storage for food and beverages.

Upstairs, the bedrooms are beautifully appointed for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom with a queen bed has access to the balcony, providing a spot for fresh air. The third bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full-sized mattress on the bottom, accommodating kids of all ages. Large TVs in the living room and bedrooms, along with cable and high-speed WiFi, ensure you have entertainment options. The condo also offers the convenience of assigned covered parking for up to two vehicles.

Policies:
Parking Passes are required and may be purchased onsite. You can have a maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation for up to 2 cars.
Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

This was the perfect location and I would definitely stay here again! The only thing I didn’t like was that we had no internet which meant no tv. The kiddos definitely missed having tv at nights. There were games for us to play and there were even some beach things left for us to borrow which is pretty awesome.

It was a good place but needs alot of work. There was a hole in the living room floor, the doors need to be replaced and the lock to open the door is very difficult to open. You have to push and then pull on the door for the door code turns on. Then the cleaning crew wasnt very good there was medicine in my kids room when we arrived and when i called to get it taken care of they didnt even call the person it belonged to i had to look on Facebook myself and actually got ahold of the girl and got her medication to her.

We had a great property manager that went above and beyond for us. The internet did not work for the first few days so we did not have TV either. The front door looked like it had been kicked in before. Other that that we had a good stay.

House was exactly what we needed, close to the beach with a nice pool and comfy beds. The house had a few quirks but would definitely stay there again!

Great location, ok experience

We loved the location of this property, just across the street from the beach, and walking distance to many of the Gulf Shores attractions (Hangout, souvenir shops, restaurants, etc). The living space was fine, but there were some issues with flooring, a broken floor register in a bathroom, a broken beach chair, poor lighting in the laundry area, dead cockroach in the laundry area, and for some reason, the audio was like a second off from the video in both tv's the whole vacation. I find myself to be a pretty tech savvy person, but I couldn't fix the issue. There was also someone power washing the parking lot for two whole days during our stay (SUPER LOUD ALL DAY), and the pool was also getting worked on for two days, so...inaccessible. So, all in all, the stay was fine, just not great. We probably would look for something different in the future.

It was okay. Many outlets didn’t work, electronic lock didn’t work for a day. Maintenance did come and fix it. Location was great, but the unit was lacking. Handrail in the stairway to the bedrooms was loose, which isn’t great when you are older

Great place & location

This place was perfect for our stay. There was plenty of room and everything was exactly as listed. There was even beach toys and a beach wagon for our use. The location was perfect with being right across the street and walking distance from the beach. It was also within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Awful!!

The condo was nothing like the pictures on verbo.The rooms are small, the fans in every room are full of dust and dirty. It has an odor of mildew and mold in the air. The upstairs bathroom is small and the AC vent on the floor has a hole with part of the metal sticking up. Very hot in all the rooms upstairs. The pool is small nothing like the picture. The stair banister is loose unstable and not safe. The people next door had a dog that wouldn't stop barking. My granddaughter has severe allergies and asthma. We checked in on May 29th and checked out on the same day. What made the Memorial Day weekend even worse on the same day a drunk driver hit my vehicle and had to be rushed to the hospital. Awful weekend!
