Last Minute Gulf Getaway

We decided to take a last minute trip with 6 of our kids and found this place to stay. We loved it. It was clean, exactly as described, and the view better than the pictures! Check in was easy. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes and it was not crowded at all. The pool was nice, and sunset pictures from the roof were amazing. We will definitely be back!

Loved the property and easy check in. Didn’t like having to use code for pool. Neighborhood was awesome. Short walk to beach. Set up and left our tent and belongings all week. Condo was nice. Mattresses need to be turned or replaced were not comfortable.

Smoke alarm chirping for three days

The property was great same as the pictures. Very clean. The property was damaged in th hurricane 6 months ago so I’m guessing that’s why the smoke alarm kept chirping like it needed a battery change. My husband changed the battery, still chirping so I contacted the property. They said they would come and fix it. They never did. We had to listen to the annoying beeping sound for four days. Also the cable in the bedrooms did not work. I contacted the property about it snd they said this is ongoing problem with the building basically they said there was nothing they could do. Frustrating

Great family place.

We loved this place. Its beautiful and a great location. The only down side was no furniture outside to relax and enjoy the view and it was hard to track down another parking pass. I would definitely be more than happy to book here again.

Awesome condo if you are looking for a great beach vacation without the crowd!!

Awesome beach condo only 25 mins from the tourist spots, and no crowds on the beach. Left canopy, chairs, and toys at the beach all week and no one ever messed with any. ONLY issue with condo was the cleanliness of the floor. We arrived and floors looks great as well as rest of condo( no sand or trash). It didn’t take long to realize that the floors weren’t clean at all. Walking around with no shoes on for a short amount of time your feet would turn black. The cleaning company must only vacuum or sweep the floor and never mop it. Only complaint I have of the condo, the property, and the beach! Thank you the opportunity to stay here and we will back!!

We really enjoyed our stay. this was our second year here and love the condo and the closeness to the beach. We did have a couple maintenance issues but the staff was quick to respond about the issue and it was something we could live with that didn’t overall affect our stay!

Highly Recommend!

Beautiful condo, amazing view, quiet, restful. The beach is just a short walk away. Pool and hot tub at the condo. It is a gated community and the condo has security staff. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You won't regret renting this condo. The only negative is it is about a 20 minute drive to the "main strip." But for some of us, that is what we are wanting!
