The condominium is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor, Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast. This five bedroom, five bath luxury condominium is located at The Beach Club in the Avalon Tower on the 20th floor, which is the second penthouse floor. The new owner of this recently purchased property has installed all new furniture, mattresses, bedding, wall art, appliances, carpet, keyboard piano, guitar and TVs! The entire unit has been repainted and beautiful kitchen cabinets and countertops have been installed! Besides all kitchen essentials, the following have been added; new air fryer, large 4-slot bagel toaster, Keurig & drip coffee makers, and Nutribullet personal blender.

Get ready for a "Breath-Taking" view the moment you walk in the door! You will be amazed at the gulf & beach views. There are two balconies in this condominium! One privately adjoins the Master bedroom and offers a direct gulf view while in bed!

The spacious "Open Floor" plan with 2809 square feet will give your party plenty of space to relax and enjoy their vacation! Upgrades include; Travertine tile, granite counters, crown molding, commercial grade ice maker, full size washer & dryer, new carpet in the bedrooms, huge jetted tub & walk-in shower (Master), plus a large walk-in closet (Master), 4K UHD Smart TVs in all bedrooms, plus an 82" screen in the living room.

The bedding arrangement is: King Master bedroom, and four (4) King Guest bedrooms. Each bedroom adjoins a full private bath. The large Master adjoins a private balcony with a direct gulf view. One Guest bedroom adjoins the large main balcony along with the living area and has a view of the pools, beach and Gulf of Mexico. There are also 2 new twin-size (slide-out) mattresses under 2 of the king beds, as well as a twin-size convertible sofa-bed in the living room.

CLUBHOUSE & AMENITIES:
Without any additional charges, you will have access to the beachside pool and hot tub at the foot of the Avalon tower, three boardwalks to the private beach that spans the length of five football fields, a playground, a 2.5 mile QR fitness trail, walking trails, charcoal grills, and basketball courts (which also offer scheduled pickleball times). You may patron the fine, casual dining restaurant/bar, the spa & salon, located in the clubhouse and the sports bar and grill, coffee and ice cream shops, souvenir and beach gear shops, located near the entry to the resort. Seasonally, you may rent lounges with umbrellas on the beach and enjoy water sports such as kayak & jet ski rentals and parasailing. The beach attendant will greet you and arrange the payment.

The owner of this condominium is a member of the Clubhouse, so you will have access to the "Private" amenities, by paying a daily fee at the Clubhouse desk, in person for the days you choose, if any. The daily fee varies, depending on the number of days used and size of the condominium, but it covers your entire party for that day! The "Private" amenities include a seasonally heated beach side community outdoor pool and hot tub, a tiki bar and grill, an indoor pool and fitness center with gulf views, a game room, luxurious locker rooms with large showers, dry saunas, steam rooms, children's activities, and access to the tennis courts.

This property has five king beds, two twin mattresses and one twin convertible sofa-bed.

The condo was beautiful! The main problem was construction going on at the front of the condo. They put caution tape at the entrance and you couldn't pull up to the entrance. We had someone handicapped and they asked us to move vehicle and blocked all of the handicapped parking. We had a tent and chairs and we couldn't get close to the water. The left side did not have any chair rentals set up but we still couldn't get close to the water. There were signs indicating the line you couldn't cross. The construction, noise, and blocking entrance and handicap parking were the main issues.

The location was amazing, just steps away from the beach. The condo disappointed in the lack of supplies. Never received any dish soap and the hand soaps in the bathrooms were watered down. Only had 5 knives for a group of 9 and 6 glasses. The couch in the picture is not the couch you get, it’s a very uncomfortable couch. Beds were very comfortable and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. Overall would recommend this property

Cousins trip

This place was above and beyond a fantastic place to stay. We have nothing but good things about the condo. The only cons we have is maybe have an adult hot tub as there was a lot of kiddos when we were there and the kids took over the hot tubs. The restaurant is only open from 5-8 and it would be nice for more food options on the resort. Suggestions: maybe a bar with tables and chairs on the actual beach a flyer in the condo with some of the places off the resort to eat and for entertainment!

Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was nice to have a pool and beach for the days the water was too rough. It was a little frustrating trying to check in and it saying “penthouse” but once we got to the penthouse floor our room was not on it so we had to search for the room and the company did not get back to us for about 2 hours. The layout is PERFECT for a large group but there is not many dishes to cook breakfast with and we had TONS of food ruin due to the fridge not being too cool and us not being able to change the temperature.

Wonderful condo

This condo was great for 5 ladies on our annual ladies beach trip. The beds were comfortable, the family room seated everyone comfortably, and the kitchen was nice and well stocked with everything you could need (even lots of spices). Fort Morgan is a great location with several restaurants fairly close by. Never had an issue with the elevator (as I read in other reviews) and the pool area was very nice. The only negative was that I messaged the property manager twice, once with a question before we arrived and once letting her know that the turntable was missing in the microwave, but she never replied to my message. Other than that I would definitely stay in this unit at The Beach Club again.

Perfection

Six women, friends since high school and college, convening on a beach and coming from 3 different states, could not have asked for a more wonderful trip! The condo is large enough for everyone to spread out (the main master suite with very private balcony was awesome!) and also work side by side in the kitchen preparing meals very easily. The views are fantastic and the large deck accommodated us all! The place was spotless, the decor felt upscale but still extremely comfortable and welcoming. The Brita was a nice touch. The k-cup coffee maker (in addition to a drip brewer) was great as we all have our own preferences for coffees (self-avowed coffee snob here!) The separate bar with huge ice maker and additional sink was also very convenient especially for those times when an adult beverage was the focus! There was ample room for us at the dining table, we could have added more! There are chairs for 8 along with barstools for additional dining. Other reviewers have commented on the slowness of the elevators, but we did not have any issues and the grounds of the resort are lovely. The food trucks were not available during our visit, but the courtyard where they are located looks so charming! We had a very nice meal at the Village Hideaway with great service and good food! We highly recommend a day trip (one hour drive each way) to Fairhope for shopping and dining (The Locals patio was beautiful and the food was excellent) and be sure to visit the Fairhope Municipal Pier during Sunset! And if you find yourself in Pensacola (we flew out of the Pensacola Airport) Do yourself a favor and dine at George Bistro and Bar. All in all, it was a perfect Girl's Trip. The condo was so well suited for group fun with plenty of games (we had a blast playing The Game of Things) and comfortable seating for all of us. But there were also places to sit alone and read or sit with another for a cozy chat. A few in our group are planning trips to this condo with their large families. Be prepared with a grocery store stop in Perdido Key (Publix) before you arrive as it is a bit of a trek to get back. There is a small market very close by the resort, but for specific items, you will want to be prepared. I was concerned about being so remote, but the resort offers so many amenities and the condo is so fabulous that it is definitely worth the extra preparations beforehand. You can tell that the owner's take great pride in this property. We all highly recommend.

The condo it self is amazing. It's perfect for what we needed. Very clean spacious. Great views located beach front couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Yes it's far from everytjing no food will be delivered or u have to drive a good 30 mins to go eat but the condo it self made up for the location. Would totally go and stay there again.

Gorgeous oceanfront views minutes from the beach

Stayed here 2 weeks ago for a week. I overall enjoyed my stay. It was my first time with my family to the gulf shores of Alabama. The beach was absolutely stunning and steps away from the condo. The property is very big and there are 4 buildings each with an individual pool as part of the Beach Club. You could go to the beach club as part of your stay for a $40 fee for your whole group daily. We paid for the whole week and went to the workout facility and pool everyday where you could order drinks and food. Drinks and food were quite pricey though! The bartender was fabulous and very friendly. By the end of the week knew our usual drinks. The views from the condo were incredible and the condo itself was spacious. There were several lights out in the condo itself with one room having no lights working and the elevators were quite slow. I also noticed that it was almost impossible to socially distance as a result of the slowness of the elevators so people had to pack in. On our first night there the electricity went out in the whole city for a few hours which was quite the shock and not any fault of the property itself. Every night at the front of the property there were food trucks and live music. There is also a restaurant, little store, and and ice cream shop on site. We went to the ice cream shop at least 3 to 4 times in our week and I'm still missing the banana pudding ice cream in the waffle cone! Other then those couple of things with the lights and elevators it was a great trip and we really enjoyed our stay.
