Inside, the open living area makes you feel right at home, with cozy sofas and easy access to the deck for continued lagoon views. The dining area seats six, with additional seating in the eat-in kitchen, making mealtime a breeze. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, toaster, Keurig, and refrigerator with ice maker. A washer and dryer add convenience during your stay. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, private deck access, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two full-sized beds, while the third bedroom has one full-sized bed, with both sharing a beautifully appointed bathroom.

Outdoor furniture needs to be updated, metal patio table top is rusting bad, one deck chair seat was busted. The back deck stairway railing needs to be painted due to splintering wood, hazardous when holding rail to climb stairs. We had one dishtowel for the entire week. Other than that the kitchen was stocked well with cookware. The house was advertised for 8 and only had 3 beds so I assumed the couch would make a bed but didn't and was very uncomfortable to sleep on. We never saw a short walk as advertised to beach from the house, if there was one it wasn't given to us. All access was gated by condo's.

Very nice location and well kept. The yard however, has been overwhelmed by ant hills. Be careful where you step.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was exactly what we expected. Nothing too luxury but didn’t feel gross. The staff was quick to respond to any issues or requests. The walk to the beach was a little further than we realized because every condo on the beach is for guests only. If there was a way to get a guest pass to one, that would be a huge plus.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was in a great location but the furniture and outside sitting area was less than desirable. Beds were all very uncomfortable, sofa smelled like a dog (they did come spray it) and the outdoor deck/furniture was VERY worn out. For the money we paid for a week, it was not up to the standards I have had at other stays using Bender realty.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. A nice house and a great size for our group. We were a close drive to restaurants. We did wish the walk to the beach was a little closer...it was advertised as a 3 minute walk but it was definitely a lot longer. We did have an issue where the A/C went out but we called after hours maintenance and they came right out and fixed it. We had an issue with ants the whole stay. They sprayed when we 1st got there but did not take care of them. I think that some of the blinds in the house need replaced and some of the outdoor furniture we could not use because the chairs were broke. I recommend taking extra blankets when staying. We did not find any.
