We truly enjoyed our stay. We were there for my sisters bachelorette weekend. There were 6 of us. Two to a room. It was actually perfect. The beds were comfortable, everything was neat and clean, the balcony view was beautiful! Everything was easy to operate. Check-in was seamless. We loved everything about it! Highly Recommend!!

Great condo but semi difficult check in and check out procedure.

The condo itself is gorgeous. Very comfy beds and very clean. Master bathroom was phenomenal. The only hard part was the check in and check out procedure. The instructions given to us did not match what we actually had to do when arriving/departing. Overall we would stay here again. Also it took two days to receive the WiFi username and password even after sending multiple emails about it.

This was an amazing place to stay. The rooms are spacious and decorated cute! The full kitchen had everything that we needed for every meal that I cooked. Our balcony view was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

It's a very nice condo having recently been remodeled. The pool is pretty good as well. One downside to the condo might be the location, being on a busy road.

Problems

Property manager closed when we got there. No code given to us. Did find an employee working off hours and she got us our papers. Not all documents were there. Never aga in with this property manager. Also had to have light bulbs replaced. I forget how many but it was over a dozen and still needed more. Kitchen very dark, needs better lighting. Table legs were loose. Had them hand tightened but handyman never returned. Chair legs loose. Could collapse. Hazzard. Kichen knives very dull. Only 3. Property manager did replace and also a steak knife set as there was only 1 steak knife. Place says for 6, but only 4 chairs for the dining table. ????? Master bed was comfy. Deck chairs missing some nuts and bolts. Personally I would terminate this property manager.

The grounds were beautiful. The condo was beautiful. The residence were welcoming and kind. The view was amazing. Traffic was a bit noisy - but not bad. We wanted to stay another week!

Nice stay

Very nice clean condo! It is exactly as pictured. The beach was great and not crowded but swimming In the ocean wasn’t in the cards due to the color and murkiness of the water. The amazing pool at the condo made up for not swimming in the ocean and our kids loved getting to explore the sandbars at low tide!

Amazing!!

The penthouse is phenomenal! It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, stocked with what you need to start your stay (towels, hand soap, dish detergent, etc). The towels are under the bathroom sins in both bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need from dishes to coffee maker to storage containers. The view is amazing. Each bedroom has a smart TV. The master bedroom and bathroom is huge. You are about 1/2 mile from Edgewater Mall (walking distance). There are 2 outdoor pools and one indoor pool as well as 2 jacuzzis. The property is quiet and family oriented. The hosts are amazing, respond quickly and so nice. We had no issues on our trip.

Beautiful, clean and very comfortable!

This condo is even larger than the photos suggest. It's truly beautiful, immaculate and had all the kitchen supplies and building amenities we could want. It's perfectly located near shopping, restaurants, a movie theater and stores. Wish the condo packet we had to pick up at a different location had the parking pass for the reserved parking. But that is a lesson learned for the next time. Would definitely stay here again!
