Really appreciated the hot, consistent shower. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It felt a bit damp in the room, but it is possible that that is just what it’s like on the bay. We left before breakfast was ready in the morning, but I really appreciated that hot coffee/tea were available, clearly labelled, tasted good, and the front desk staff pointed out their availability.

Had a room for disabled. Did not need it but noticed the seat in the shower was not properly attached to the wall. Screws were not in wall. Also, not happy about a coffee pot in the bathroom! That’s just disgusting!

It was very clean very welcoming. Customer service was great. The latest was really really nice. The room was clean. It was perfect. It has shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. If you ever forget it, they have it in the room and on the TV screen is saying your name is say welcome Consuela, which was so cute to me so the hotel was really nice. It was packed because there was a lot of events going on, but overall I give them a five star because those ladies and their decorations, the hotel the food everything was great so if you were in Gulfport, please please check out the Hampton because they get a five star from me

The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The things i found that brought it down was a dirty sock in the room, French Fry under the bed, and the breakfast was being cleaned up at 9:30 so not all items were avaliable
