Nice room…. But the nice stopped there

Room was ok and comfortable. Actually the nice room was a surprise based on the condition of the outside. Overgrown weeds and in an inconvenient location. Plus the hall had a strong chemical smell the entire time we were there. Also , not walkable! I would skip this one there are many other hotels in this cute town.

Staff is helpful. Laundry machine was broken, but staff helped me d o laundry in the hotel machines for same fees. Also juice bar and coffee/tea bar is open all the time, not just breakfast time.

The room was clean, however, there was an odor when you first walk into the hotel. There’s a stuffed chair in the lobby that needs to be replaced, it’s filthy and it smells. I couldn’t even sit in it, I had to take a chair off one of the tables to sit and read. No other sitting area. The breakfast pancakes were like rubber, as were the eggs. And the eggs were round like the pancakes, not scrambled eggs. Not sure what they were made of. The area around the hotel was like a parking place for maintenance workers, like an industrial area. Wouldn’t stay there again…

Hotel is extremely run down. Pictures don’t give a true reflection of the property. The carpet was torn up in the room and the window latches were broke so the window would not lock. I immediately went to tell them I wasn’t going to stay at the hotel and wanted to cancel my reservation. They made me pay one night, because it was past the time.

There was a metal piece of the bed frame sticking out from under the bed that cut my child. The water when showering was ice cold. It took a long time to be helped by staff to be checked in and out. The staff were not helpful and acted inconvenienced when having to help customers. The vending machine was completely empty. Trash cans were overflowing. There were holes in the carpets in the room and in the hallways. There is no elevator so everything has to be carried upstairs to the rooms.

The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling,the bathroom toilet was dirty, the bed sheets where still wet on my bed from the laundry. There was no other availability in that small town.. not recommended

Decent hotel, the staff were friendly, facilities as expected for the price. The breakfast wasn’t great—they ran out of milk for 2 days of our 5 day stay…it seems like someone could easily have run to the store?

It was just an average motel, however, the room they gave us was not very nice. The window locks were broken and we were on the 1st flr which left us unsecure, the toilet seat was worn to the wood, water pressure was like a firehose, among other things.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was not the cleanest. The plumbing has MAJOR issues. The bath tub was dripping and it took me a few minutes to figure out how to get the faucet off. Finding hot water was also a chore. The toilet Barley flushed as well. Breakfast looked like it was a microwavable egg omelet and pancakes. They offered cereal bread for toast and yogurt. I will not be staying here again.
