My wife and I always enjoy staying at the Gunnison Inn at Dos Rios. We book a room facing the golf course and watch the golfers play hole #4. We also enjoyed the friendly staff and the fresh berries and homemade biscuits and gravy included in the breakfast during our stay. It is not a chain and you can tell, in a good way.

I would not recommend this property. I had to pay $450 because it was one of the last rooms in Gunnison the night I stayed. However, the room was dirty , common spaces dirty, and amenities they promote aren’t even open during the day like the pool and hot tub. I don’t expect much out of hotels but if you are going to charge almost $500 a room , at least keep it clean and have your amenities available.
