The whole hotel is nice and new. Everything is clean and kept up. The breakfast was decent. The only thing that was subpar was a lack of customer service. Whenever you would walk into the lobby or pass by the desk, they would not acknowledge you. They seem put off when you would ask them a question and only one time the last day did somebody actually say hello to us. It was as though when they saw a customer walk in they would turn around and look the other way. Very poor on customer service for sure.
