Beautiful penthouse for wonderful family holidays, or a great time with friends. The penthouse apartment has 4 bedrooms. The residence has a seasonal pool and a playground, It is very well located, in a calm, residential village, at a 2 minute walking distance from the forest, with good access by car and public transport (bus stop in front of the building). Murten is 10 minutes away, and Fribourg and Bern are about 20 minutes away.
The penthouse (3rd floor) is very spacious (150m2). The kitchen is fully equipped and open on the living and dining rooms, from which the balcony and its open view are accessible. In addition to the shared bathroom with a shower, the master bedroom has its own bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is accessible by a lift from the building entrance or the underground parking.

To make your stay pleasant, both for you and for us, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:
Treat our home like your own.
No unregistered guests are allowed overnight. The beds and rooms made available will be according to the number of guests mentioned in the reservation.
Do not waste water and electricity, and avoid damages, so that we can keep prices attractive.
Parties or events are not allowed, unless agreed to at time of reservation.
Pets are not allowed.
No illegal substances allowed.
Quiet hours are 22h00 - 07h00 during the week, 23h00 - 09h00 on the weekend, including at the swimming pool. Please refrain from any noisy activity during this time.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the apartment. Guests may smoke on the balcony, outside.
Plastic utensils, plastic containers, wooden spatulas, cutting boards, non-stick pans, and sharp knives are not suitable for the dishwasher. Please wash them by hand.
Please donât eat or drink in the bedrooms or on the sofa.
Donât rearrange the furniture.
The keys should never be replicated. Guests will be charged for the replacement of lost keys.
Please take off your shoes before entering the apartment, to avoid staining or damaging the wooden floor.
Kindly be careful with the furniture and houseware, and inform us in case of any breakage or damage sufficiently in advance (so that we can take care of them for the next guests).
Cleaning fees cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations, not deep or excessive cleaning. Please keep the villa reasonably clean and tidy during your stay and when leaving. In case it is dirty or messy, we will charge extra cleaning fees at the rate of CHF 40/hour.
Do not stow away dishes in the cupboard, unless they are perfectly clean.
Tolle grossrĂ€umige Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht fĂŒr den Urlaub. Aussenpool ist nicht beheizt. Sehr nahe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
We hebben het erg naar de zin gehad in het appartement, het is erg ruim. Er is wel enig onderhoud nodig vanwege klemmende deuren en de houten vloer die op sommige plekken omhoog komt vanwege vocht. Ook viel het ons tegen dat het aanwezige zonnescherm op het balkon kapot was waardoor we vanwege de felle zon en hitte een groot deel van de dag niet buiten konden zitten.
Plus: Very easy transportation via bus, coffee provided, very nice appliances, and quiet area. Con: Beds were slightly uncomfortable and one shower with poor drainage lead to very wet floor.
Would definitely stay again!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.
Der einzige negative Punkt war fĂŒr uns die Lage an der ziemlich befahrenen StraĂe , vielleicht sind wir in dieser Hinsicht aber auch sehr empfindlich.
Ansonsten ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung, in der nichts fehlt !
