This is one of the cleanest motels we have used and we travel a lot. Excellent accommodations at a very reasonable price. The staff? Terrific!

Walked into our room and it was infested with fleas. My husband and I got around 20 bites on our feet and ankles. Our feet and legs were covered in flea in the matter of seconds. We grabbed our stuff and ran out of the room. Lady at front desk just said sorry and gave us a different room. We had to go outside and get all the fleas out of our shoes and throw our socks away. They just lost a customer.

Or stay there before and it was great this time the room was dirty it smelled really bad We had to go get an air freshener The overnight staff lady is very nice The one when we checked in and when we left was not the friendliest she wasn't rude but she wasn't friendly just seemed to not be very happy that anybody was there Good afternoon to a different hotel in Edmond to stay for our second night here

The rooms have a musty moldy smell. We talked to another visitor and they said the same. I think the air conditioner is cut off when not occupied so the units are mildewed.

A comfortable stay

The staff were super nice and helpful. The hotel offers a great breakfast to get the day started and perfect before a long flight or meeting. The free parking was a plus.

The room we were given was a bit dirty and smelled so musty!! While the air worked, it was always very humid in the room, hence the horrible mustiness. There are better places to stay in town, we won’t be back.

Check in was great, staff was wonderful. Got to room and room smelled musty and carpet was damp. Husband called front desk and she changed our eoom which was great. Checked out the next morning and the front desk lady argued with my husband stating that the carpet wasn't cleaned in that specific room?? Really, just that room?? She was rude.
