Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

The Lily Hotel

The hotel is though designed to be a four star but not maintained to that level. The rooms are not shining bright, wash rooms are old fashioned with old fittings, towels have turned grey from white and lot of mosquitoes. Only consolation is the service in restaurant where staff is good and caring.
