Room were unbelievably spacious with many amenities. Very clean. Hot breakfast was very good. Quiet and service people were friendly and helpful.

Our suite was beautiful and spacious. The staff that checked us in was nice and directed us on how to get to our room. The Hotel itself is clean, beautiful and my favorite area is where the breakfast is served. There was plenty of sitting and there was a wide selection of foods. The gym and pool area are very clean though we did not have the opportunity to use it. Will definitely be back.

Good place to stay while looking at colleges in the area. We enjoyed the Wednesday evening reception with free wine, beer, and food.

We didn’t have a nice shower in our room. Low water pressure and we couldn’t get a hot shower. Small thing—the battery compartment cover on the television remote was broken, so it fell on the ground the moment I picked up the remote. It’s odd that they don’t just replace the remote (tape it in place?). Well located for easy access to UMass and shopping.
