Website says with kitchen , when we got there there is no stove, staff said something with the fire department is not allowing them. Bit my brothers are staying in Homewood which is the extension of the hotel they have a full stove. We atayed for e nighta and days our room didnt got change or clean up.

The air exchange units are VERY noisy!!! They can be heard even between units, so when the one in your own unit is on it is especially hard to sleep.

Once my wife and I checked in we were given a different room than what was booked. It was almost like bait and switch. Show one room online and provide a different one at check in. The accommodations that my wife and I expected wasn't provided. Home 2 Suites has been our go to hotel for the last few years. Maybe it's time to change?
