Beautiful Villa with Private Pool and Spa - special last-minute booking discount

Our beautiful villa is ideally located for holidaymakers who want to take full advantage of central Florida area. Convenient for all attractions, just 30 mins from Disney, 40 mins from Sea World, Universal, 45 mins from Orlando airport and an hour away from both coasts. This fully air-conditioned villa is sumptuously furnished throughout. There is a 65" 4K smart TV, free WIFI and PS2 console. All bedrooms have smart TVs (meaning you can use your existing apps - Netflix etc while you're staying) and masses of closet space. A safe is provided to store valuables. The games room has a full-size pool table and table foosball. The private pool also has a hot tub/spa. The deck area is huge, allowing plenty of space to enjoy the Florida sunshine and is completely screened to keep insects out. It is child-friendly (safety fence and each of the 3 doors to the pool, from the living room and both master bedrooms emits a subtle audible alarm when it is opened).

The home was overall okay, but we encountered several issues that significantly affected our experience and ability to stay there for our vacation.Some basic items were missing—such as washcloths, kitchen essentials, and other everyday necessities—which made the stay less convenient than it should have been. We were also greeted upon arrive by being swarmed by wasps from the several nests around the front entrance and garage door. Not a great first impression.More seriously, we discovered black mold in the HVAC system after a restless night of warm moist air keeping the family up. A typical problem with AC systems not being able to cool a home is due to clogged air filters. Both the air handler and return line were absolutely disgusting. This was obviously a major health concern and made it difficult to remain in the home. We immediately booked a new place to stay and contacted the owner.That said, the VRBO owner was very responsive once we reported the issue. They took our concerns seriously and promptly refunded our stay, which we greatly appreciated.The property has potential with a fine layout and location, but it clearly needs a better property manager (owner lives in the UK) and attention given to safety and other details. Hopefully, the necessary improvements are made for future guests.

Beautiful Florida home!

The house was exactly as described. Absolutely beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed. Our only "complaint" is we didn't get to spend more time relaxing at the house. Dave was a great host and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time at his home. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Easy check in process. Large house in nice gated community. Owner and property manager were easy to reach and helpful, We enjoyed the hot tub. Decor is dark and dated. Lots of artificial plants that are dusty. Carpet is worn.

Relaxing time for our family

This is a pleasant property with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. There are plenty of beds and the kitchen is well stocked. Also plenty of blankets which come in handy for snuggling on the couch in January. Overall, the hot tub was the star and was used every night of our stay.

Amazing family paradise

The property is amazing! My family of six had plenty of space and things to do at the house. They had so much fun playing in the game room when I could get them out of the pool/hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook like we were home and all of the furniture was comfy too. Dave is very friendly and helpful. We would for sure want to visit again!

Anniversary Trip

My wife and I stayed for a week over our Anniversary. Picked the property mainly for central location to activities we had planned and for pool/spa. Property location was great--quiet, secure community. Property itself was great. Had all the features we needed. Also my wife uses a wheelchair, and while the property is not specifically set up for wheelchair access, my wife had no issues going anywhere she wanted in the house. Property is spacious and could have handled a lot more guests than just the two of us. Will definitely consider booking property again in future.

Florida Vacation

We stayed for a week at this rental. Property manager was very helpful. Overall the house was decently clean. We did arrive earlier than expected and they allowed us in since the house was already clean. The kids loved the Playstation in the house. We went in July so it was really hot in the garage where the pool table was kept. Overall had a great stay.

Absolutely brilliant

From booking to departing, the property owner ensured that we had all the information/tips/support that we needed. The property has a very homely feel unlike those “allocated on arrival” villas when you book a package. The villa was very well equipped, clean and comfortable and on the doorstep of various eateries and shops. We cannot rate this home highly enough. Thank you Dave and Jan for helping us have such a memorable time, we will definitely be back!
