Located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, this vacation villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and it sleeps up to 6 people. This home has some great features, like, a private pool and golf course views. There is tile throughout the communal areas, and the ceiling are vaulted, giving the rooms a sense of grandness.
Let’s go over the bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. And the third bedroom has two single beds, one with stuffed toy pandas and the other with stuffed Mickey and Minnie Mouse toys. The single beds are perfect for the younger members of the family.
The kitchen may be small but don’t let that fool you. This kitchen rivals much larger kitchens. It comes fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils you’d need to whip up something tasty to eat. It also has modern appliances and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar with two seats. If you need more that 2 seats when it’s time to eat, there’s a larger dining area just off of the kitchen. Here, you’ll find a large rectangular table and seating for up to 6 people. This is the place for the whole family to sit down and enjoy a meal together.
The living room is large and open. It has two striped sofas for your comfort and a TV for your entertainment.
Head outside through the glass patio doors, and you’ll enter the screened-in pool area. Here, you’ll find a good-sized pool for taking a dip in, sun loungers for sunbathing on, and a patio table and chairs to relax on. Pool heating can be requested for an extra cost before arriving to the house.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
