Hotel itself was amazing but the surrounding area is not. Limited dining options in the area. Breakfast buffet was great! I loved our room with the private Onsen and its traditional tatami setting. This is an amazing place to stay. My Wife and I stayed here when we visited Hakodate 2 years ago and we couldn’t wait to return. Every single member of the staff is kind, hard working, and helpful, they’re top notch all around. The room was very comfortable and the private onsen for our room was really relaxing. If you do a little walking there are also places to go to eat and even a great little brewery called Endeavour pretty close by. We can’t wait to stay here again the next time we’re in Hakodate.
