Zum Glück nur eine Nacht!!!

Das Zimmer roch erst penetrant nach Chlorreiniger, was zu Kopfschmerzen führte. Nach intensiver Lüftung blieb ein widerlicher Gestank nach nassem Hund oder Käsefüßen, was den Chlorreiniger erklärt.... Das Zimmer hätte so nicht vermietet werden dürfen, wir waren froh morgends auschecken zu dürfen! Dazu ein riesen Aufriss im Vorfeld meinen Kundenwunsch nach 2 getrennten Matratzen zu erfüllen, mit dem Ergebnis, eine durchgehende Matratze zu bekommen, was wir erst beim zu Bett gehen bemerkt haben, da wir uns auf den Herren beim einchecken verlassen haben. Sorry, solche Schwierigkeiten sind wir so nicht vom Radisson gewohnt und es hat uns sehr ärgerlich gemacht, zumal es genügend Alternativen in den Städten gibt....

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu in Hamburg. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and get around. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!
