This place may have some room that are really brash lookin but the staff are so nice and the food is incredible. I would 100% go back to these guys again!

Industrial design architecture. If you love staying in a bunker, you will love the place. It’s walking distance from the Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, but I would only do so during daylight and not at night. Lots of drug addicts roaming the area. The room was okay, but lacked the basics. No coffee machine, no television, no desk… The staff was very friendly and helpful. The roof top bar was technically open, but we didn’t feel welcomed. We were warned a company had rented the place out for the evening. They only offered beer and wine, soft drinks. No mixed drinks because of the party. We left.

Our first stay in a sustainable hotel.

We went to Hamburg for a family weekend and stayed for 3 nights. Villa Viva was perfect for us with walking distance to most and safe neighborhood. It was fairly quiet and the breakfast was healthy. My kids missed the bacon. The room we had was large and there is no TV which allowed us more time to talk. WiFi was great!

Too stark - not comfortable at all!

My room did not have a desk, chair, luggage rack, and only 1 hanger! The lighting in the bathroom was horrible! I admit that the room was clean, but my room seemed to be designed for campers, not an elderly traveller. I was so dissatisfied, I checked out after one night.

The room was too small. Although they saw us the front desk when two people checked in there was only one blanket and one pillow in the room. We asked front desk and she made excuses of being by herself and not able to bring us any. No coffee or water in the room. We were told to drink faucet water.

Nice, new hotel. The rooftop bar is magnificent with good drinks and service. Enjoyable sauna. Good entertainment in the restaurant area. The platform lofted bed was not useful and would have been an issue if I needed to use the other side of the bed.
