The accommodation
The 136m² flat has been freshly renovated & furnished to a high standard. It is located directly on the Weser in a location close to the city centre. Hameln's old town can be reached on foot in a quarter of an hour; by bike it is less than five minutes via the Weser cycle path directly behind the garden. The flat has three bedrooms with comfortable upholstered beds (1.80 metres wide). Two of the beds can alternatively be used as single beds (each 0.90 metres wide), so that larger families or groups can also sleep comfortably. There is a 40-inch smart TV in each bedroom.

There is a large sofa bed in the combined living/dining room, which offers a comfortable place for the 7th and 8th guest to sleep. It is also equipped with a 55-inch smart TV for shared TV evenings. The large dining table offers space for a total of eight people to eat together. From the living room, you can access the cosy conservatory, which is furnished with a seating area, loungers, an electric fireplace and a massage chair. From here you can enjoy a marvellous view of the River Weser flowing directly behind the garden.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and NESPRESSO capsule machine. All the utensils you need in the kitchen, such as pots, pans, crockery, glasses etc. are of course available in sufficient quantities. The cosy bistro table with two bistro chairs enhances the cooking area and makes it a place where people like to spend time.

The bathroom has a shower with a newly installed shower partition. Of course, we provide fresh towels and bathroom essentials.

In the basement you will find a washing machine and a heat pump tumble dryer, which you can use free of charge.

If you bring bicycles with you, you can safely store them in our bicycle cellar.

You are also welcome to use the garden, which is regularly tended by our gardener.

We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. You can also expect a welcome set with coffee and tea as well as a small care kit.
