A spacious 2 bedroom apartment in one of Hamilton`s best and safest neighbourhoods - The West Harbour. You`ll be steps to the Waterfront and Bayfront Park with easy access to nature trails, amazing restaurants, trendy James Street North, and only 5 minutes away from the downtown core.

A perfect launch pad for exploration, or to enjoy beautiful Hamilton. Our house is the mid point of Toronto, Niagara Falls and Wine Country, and minutes walk to the GO Train Station. Getting around will be easy!

The 2 bedroom apartment is unit 3 of a lovely, well-maintained triplex. One bedroom has a king sized bed. The other has two twin sized beds. The Twin beds can be pushed together to make a larger bed for couples.

We have a an extra bed in storage for guest convenience. Let us know if you need them. Our cleaners charge a fee of $30 to set it up

This apartment is great for walking. You’ll be able to get everywhere you need to go on foot. Street parking is free if you have a car

You have full privacy when using the space. You won’t see me unless you need me. You will be able to access the apartment yourself via a door code which will be provided to guests. I am available anytime by text message, Airbnb app or WhatsApp

The apartment is located on a quiet residential street within the north end harbour neighbourhood. There are many beautiful homes in the area. It is very safe. It is close to trendy shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as beautiful Bayfront Park and the Pier 4 harbour area. It is steps from the amazing Art Crawls that take place on James St North. There are amazing nature trails to explore, and it is close to many historic buildings within Hamilton including Dundurne castle. It is also steps away from the James North GO Station and a short drive to major highways. It is walking distance to downtown Hamilton and all amenities including a 10 minute walk to a major grocery store.

This apartment is within walking distance to major transportation hubs such as GO and bus station as well as all amenities such as groceries. Everything you will need is close by. If you have a car, street parking is free

There are about 20 steps to the apartment entrance. There is plenty of free street parking approximately 50m from the house. Directly in front of the house, there is free one hour parking. Twin beds can be pushed together to make a larger bed for couples.


SNOW AND ICE:
Our cleaners shovel as part of the preparations for your arrival.
In case of snowfall or ice during your stay, we do not provide snow removal service
-A shovel is outside by the front and back door for your convenience.
-If the walkway gets slippery, we have sand and a scoop in a bin by the door.
-By booking, you understand that you will need to manage snow and ice during your stay. We assume no liability for slips and falls,
