Beware before you book here!

I booked and paid for this property several weeks in advance. Received multiple booking confirmation messages and trip reminders from VRBO. Just days before my trip, the property owner messaged me to say the house was already booked. It’s now been nearly a week and I cannot get the owner or VRBO to process my payment refund.
