Welcome to our Cozy cottage located on picturesque Lake Moraine. Situated on a beautifully landscaped lawn, enjoy the beautiful scenery of the surrounding Upstate NY mountains. Keep an eye out for the vast wildlife that is home to the lake such as bald eagles, ducks, geese, turtles, crawfish, and an abundance of fish. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Located directly on the water, our property offers the best of outdoor adventures/activities on and off the Lake. Your dream vacation awaits.
The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Enjoy spectacular lake views from the dining room and living room. A fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining room allows you to cook your own meals. (Grill conveniently located right outside off the kitchen). The living room features a 55" wall mounted tv with Roku and offers a relaxing view of the Lake. Two private bedrooms- both queen beds. For additional sleeping there is a trundle pull out bed(sleeps 2). For your convenience there is 1 bathroom with a shower. Our cottage provides a large open deck with a view of the lake where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee. Our deck offers seating for outdoor eating, reading, board games, and relaxing. Entertain your family with our outdoor jumbo connect 4 game. In addition to our large deck we have a dock that allows you access to swimming, kayaking and fishing during the day and in the evening start a fire in the fire pit while enjoying nighttime views of the Lake. Also available for your outdoor enjoyment we offer 2 single kayaks, and 1 paddleboard. A sure hit with family/friends. Life vests are also available for your safety. Parking available for 3 cars.

Excellent visit
This was a perfect spot for visiting my daughter at Colgate for a spring weekend. The place is updated and spacious. The views of the lake are lovely and the deck is so relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome Stay!!!
My wife and I, along with university aged daughter went to visit our son, who attends Colgate University and we stayed at Christian's beautiful Lake Moraine Home #2 and absolutely LOVED IT!!
Great place, right on the water, with everything done perfect and great location to the school as well ... it was even better than we expected!
We would definitely highly recommend this place and we would love to come back in the summer as well which I'm sure would be incredible!

A lovely place
Very clean. Beautifully decorated. Lots of nice little touches/details. Great communication with host. Provided with free items from host. Beautiful view of the lake. You can cuddle on the couch in front of the fireplace and look out at the lake. What more could you want?

Excellent Lake Moraine House
Visiting family out in Georgetown, 30 min away, and this lake house was the perfect location. Hamilton was a cute town and Colgate University was picturesque! The lake house was perfect. Fun on the kayaks and water was clean and safe.
We will be telling other family members to stay here too! Only request would be to have access to washer and dryer. Host was responsive and kind. Thank you for a lovely home.
