Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
J’ai passer le pire séjours, chambre très sale avec trace de sang de la saleté accumulée depuis des mois étais visible, draps sales avec des taches, pas de draps pour se couvrir pas de serviette, la Clim ne marcher pas le thermostat étais complètement casser, les toilettes non plus ne fonctionnait pas, une seule lumière qui marche pour toute la chambre le personnelle est très mal accueillant aucune aides de leur part, la piscine et l’extérieur est très très sale je n’ai pas oser me baigner À FUIRE pire hôtel de ma vie.
