You get what you pay for. The staff was wonderful. The beds were awful and my feet turned black from walking in the floor. The stopper in the tub and the sink were removed and one of the light switches in the bathroom was completely gone.

It was quiet and very comfortable .. Room was nice .. The lady at the desk was also very pleasant to speak with.. I really enjoyed my stay

AVOID. No hot water & false advertising on pet fee

I chose this motel specifically over the other because it listed a $xx pet fee. I was in the middle of a pet route and had not showered in a week. Upon check-in, I was informed that the pet fee was almost three times that, and the desk person refused to honor what was listed online. It felt like false advertising. She took about four times longer checking me in than any check-in I have ever experienced because at first she forgot to add the tax to their inflated "actual" pet fee. I felt locked in to stay there because I needed to leave that room at 3am to continue my pet route and I was dead tired. All I wanted was 1. a reasonable pet fee, 2. a hot shower, and 3. a comfortable bed. This place failed me on all three counts. There was NO hot water in the shower at all, so all I could stand to do was rinse my feet. There were flyers on the doors about the boilers being worked on earlier that day. The bed gave me a backache. I was put in a room on the top floor with my dog (very inconvenient) very close to the interstate. It was one of the loudest motel stays I have ever experienced. The bait-and-switch on the pet fee was NOT COOL and that I paid $xxx.xx instead of $xx.xx and COULD NOT GET MY FIRST SHOWER IN A WEEK for my money paid is reprehensible. Also, yellow stained water came out of the bathroom sink. One of the only good points is that the room was clean. I would really like a refund.
