A park like setting home sitting on 1.25 acre and 10,500sq feet of live-able space, this home is walking distance to the ocean, with 10 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 3 half bathrooms and 2 showers. This home features a full size granite commercial kitchen, living room, dining room and a bar/ dining room that can hold 35 people.
A game room with arcade games, pinball machine, a pool table and a home like theater with a 50 inch LED.

Outdoors fun with a secluded back deck with a Weber grill and fire pit. More fun in the sun with a 20 x 45 saltwater pool, and regulation sand volleyball court and a regulation sized Pickleball Court, and a screened in porch great for relaxing.

Plenty of parking! Walking distance to Ponquogue bridge & beach, you can walk, bike or drive there.

Restaurants along dune road. A restaurant and a bar/club right down the road.

I have hired an advanced, trained COVID-19 cleaning company to clean and disinfect the property after each stay.

Fantastic physical facility with LOTS to do in the house

We had a family vacation with 19 people aged 3 to 90. My wife and I, and all kids, grandkids and 3 great grandkids. Outdoor pool was big, warm, and clean. Pickle Ball court was used and so was the volleyball court. Walking distance (about a mile) from a wonderful sandy ocean beach. The game room had a bunch of games including Pool, pinball, Hockey, Shuffle Board and several others. The TV theater was watched by the kiddies. I cannot recommend this huge house enough.

Cannot say enough good things. Unique, sprawling, beautiful property with more than enough room for a large group. Endless entertainment, great pool, walking distance from a few bars and restaurants. Great communication and accommodation from our host. Would recommend and rent again.

Wonderful Hampton Bays Stay

The house was able to comfortably accommodate my large group of family and friends. We all loved the diner for breakfasts and eating together, and the game room was a huge hit! Host was very responsive - had some difficulty locating the garbage area but was able to find it! All the games were on and accessible, and the cable tv was great. The pool is nice and large, though the weather wasn’t that great during my visit (a bit chilly). Loved the pickleball court. Only small downside was cellular reception was difficult and the wifi kicked in and out.

Fantastic house for group of friends!

Had so much fun this weekend in Hampton Bays! House was perfect for a group of friends - many bedrooms, bathrooms, great pool with tons of outdoor games, and even the arcade room inside! So close to the beach, and a number of great restaurants. Highly recommend this house, and appreciate how helpful our host was with making sure we had everything we need and more!

An absolute Wonderland

From the moment the 8 adults and 7 children entered the property our jaws dropped. The house and grounds screamed FUN and RELAXATION! the game room, eating room that resembled a fiftys diner with jute box, pool, sand filled volleyball court all welcomed us with open arms. We stayed for four gloriuos nights in 10 extremely comfortable bedrooms. The location is superb and we left totally rejuvenated.

Super fun house for family!

We had such an awesome time at this house. The pool, beach volleyball court, arcade/movie theater, and diner are awesome features
nobody was ever bored and the only time we left was to go to the beach! Perfect for a family reunion with kids and adults of all ages!

Hampton Bays Beach House July 2022

We enjoyed meeting Damian and Jasmine who gave us a tour of the property and provided the history behind this old convent. I'll emphasize "old" as there is wear and tear that detracts from the experience, however everyone had loads of fun. Spacious kitchen (refrigerator/freezer to die for), pool area with outside shower, game room (some not functioning at 100%), and bar/eating area were the highlights.

short and sweet getaway

We loved the pool, volleyball court, basketball hoop, the game room. Fire pit, covered porch, and the kitchen. We had a very enjoyable getaway. The 1 and only downside was house and beds need an upgrade. The beach was close walking distance. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Bikes were available for our use. The host was very helpful.

Great Experience

My group of friends and I had pretty high expectations of the property based on the pictures and surprisingly it exceeded our expectations! Incredibly spacious and clean. Between beach volleyball, basketball, the fire pit and lawn games there was never a dull moment. The game room was a big hit and the “diner” was a great hangout spot. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. Damian made the process really easy and ensured my friends and I could pack light and have fun since most amenities were supplied by the house. Overall great experience and we are already talking about booking it again soon!!

Great for a family Vacation!

We stayed here on a family vacation and had a great time! The house was perfect for a large group and the kids loved being able to play in the pool and in the game room. Damian was also really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our trip!

Perfect place for big gatherings

What a super fun place for a family gathering. Awesome pool, nice outdoor deck with gas BBQ, great game room, big kitchen along with a huge dining area. The place was quite spacious. In addition, the rooms all had AC and were able to accomodate a large family reunion. Would recommend this place for large groups, particularly those with kids who want a place to stay where they can feel comfortable.

A house that has everything plus more

This house was amazing. Perfect for any large get together. The house is in walking distance to the beach yet nobody wanted to leave the pool. Plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and floats for the pool plus there was a sand volleyball court! Inside was just as great. It had a large game room with everyone’s favorite vintage arcade games. Inside there was also a large bar and plenty of diner like seating with a jukebox . And for anyone that likes a little bit of nightlife on their vacation , there was an awesome bar just 2 blocks away. We will be making this an annual trip for sure!
