2 Bedroom Hamptons Waterfront Cottage Rental

This incredible family friendly 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath 750 sq ft Cottage is steps from an inlet leading out to Peconic Bay. The cottage sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Bedroom 1 has 2 Twins, Bedroom 2 has a queen Bed. The cottage has a private entrance and private deck with BBQ, kitchen, and living area.
The space
This cottage is one of three separate cottages and part of a multiple-residence property. There is also a main house on the site where I live with my family and I’m easily accessible. Though the pool, pool house, and laundry facilities are shared.
Guest access
Guests have access to 300 foot walking dock with seating to view incredible sunsets. Guests have use of the Pool, pool house w/bathroom and laundry facilities.
Guests have use of Kayaks, canoes, bicycles, volleyball, badminton, ping pong
and croquet. Guests will also have Seamless wifi and music at poolside.
Other things to note
This is a great place to unwind and enjoy nature. The property is a rare experience in the Hamptons.

Everything is brand new. All cabins, pool, toys for kids, things for adults to do around lake. literally everything is new within the cabin and out. Clean,user friendly, beautiful. This place is a gem.

We had the most amazing trip—it exceeded all of our expectations! The cottage was perfectly located right by the bay and had everything we could possibly need. There were steps leading straight to the water, a beautiful pool kept at the perfect temperature, a fire pit, volleyball net, hammock, and all the necessities for a relaxing and fun stay.The cottage itself was spotless and well-equipped. Brian was a fantastic host—very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back for our next visit. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience!

Beautiful courage with breathtaking views

Family of four (two kids ages 9 and 11). Perfect getaway. Quiet and peaceful. Pool was beautifully done and views from the private dock were amazing. Water/dryer, canoes and paddle board, Ping Ping table, volleyball - everything accessible and convenient. Owners Brian and Terry were lively and even provided fireworks for the 4th of July for us. Highly recommend.

Hamptons getaway cottage

We had a lovely stay at this location. The Owner is super-nice and responsive. The property is well off the beaten path and offers a quiet refuge away from the hub-bub of the Hamptons "scene". Especially enjoyed the pool!

Fantastic property!

Happy to leave a great review - we had a wonderful experience! Communication was timely, clear & easy. We had a warm welcome to the property by Brian. He was quick to offer help if we had any questions. The cabin was well equipped with anything we needed, and not cluttered with anything we didn't. The construction was impressive, the property was well maintained and cared for and the space was clean & cozy. The views from this property are stunning with plenty to do outdoors. It is quiet & peaceful and yet close to amenities! We had a very comfortable stay & would highly recommend to anyone interested in staying here!
