Vert small room. Deck at back had tiles falling off walls. No tables and chairs on deck. Took forever for hot water to come on, had to turn hot water on in sink to get shower going.
Bed was comfortable and crisp white sheets.

Thank you for your review Pamela. We have since purchased table and chairs for the deck area and have had the tiles replaced that had fallen off. And we will look into why the gas hot water system was slow coming through

Please get some WD40 !!! Everything makes a noise
Not sound proof !!!
The room next to us enjoyed themselves till approximately 2am … sadly hardly any sleep for us
Cobwebs all over the windows, stained blanket on our bed, no hot water for my shower at 7am the dining area old and dirty the whole place creaks !!
Had a coffee in the morning but the sugar satchels had hardened they’d been there so long
Live music played till around midnight from downstairs- well a guy and his guitar
Will never stay here again

Beautiful location, friendly staff, great food topped with modern rooms at an affordable price, will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are modern and small, but have all normal amenities including large screen TV and mini fridge. But sink had no soap and there were no tissues. Spotted cobwebs on outside of door and behind toilet. But bed was comfortable and the smallness of the room wasn’t an issue as we left big luggage in the car and weren’t in the room for long.
This hotel has fantastic views from the rooms and the bar and restaurant and the resident cat is extremely friendly and cuddly! Also saw sheep, lambs and llamas grazing outside. Disappointef that breakfast wasn’t available until 8:30 and restaurant didn’t have much dinner variety, but typical pub fare.
All in all this was a good value despite some shortcomings.

Thank you for your review Janice, we are looking at changing our breakfast times and menu, and yes our little cat is a little too friendly sometimes. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay.

The property is newly built which is nice. But the room is really small for 4 people. There is not even floor space for opening up suitcases.
The shower hot water kept dropping to cold, and it splashed outside of the shower flooded pretty much the whole bathroom floor. One of the beds sheet got a blood stain on it.
