Not my best stay
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HotelsI've stayed here many times and normally don't have an issue. The front desk representative was helpful. The room was clean but dated. The worst part about the stay was how loud and dirty the air unit was. It kept me up all night and had a weird smell. I hope they renovate soon. Change the AC units to something eco friendly and quiet.

Upon entering the hotel looks good & updated. I hate that I can’t say the same for the rooms. First room they gave me had blood stains on the blanket. They didn’t even try to put it where it can’t be seen. Right on the top by the pillow, blood stains. Immediately went downstairs & was given a different room but by then my trust was broken. The only reason I was able to stay at the hotel is because I had microban & sprayed the entire room down. This hotel is old & outdated. The back of the lamp was dusty as if they didn’t think anyone would notice that they didn’t clean behind it. The blanket on the bed was super thin. Carpet is yuk! I will not stay nor recommend this hotel. I’m a bit of a snob about the conditions I sleep in & unfortunately this place did not meet my standards.
I will say the front desk guy was great! He immediately called house keeping about the stains & gave me a different room. Much appreciated

Good location. Lobby and rooms look updated but the hallways and elevator areas could use updating. Not sure our bathroom had been thoroughly cleaned.
