Checked in normal time and they were overbooked so didnt get the room as reserved with 2 queen beds. Had to sleep on pull out couch and make it myself. Even had to request linens and they forgot pillowcase. Workout room had no water cups and no sanitizer to clean machines.

When we arrived, one of the elevators were not working. When we checked into our room the sofa bed had multiple dark stains all over the sofa.When we went back down to the front desk we informed them of the condition of the room. Then much to our dismay, the second elevator was out of order so all of the patrons had to use the stairs for the rest of the evening.
