This gorgeous 3-story standalone home is located in the heart of the Hampton Beach entertainment district and is just steps from the beach. Very spacious and comfortable, this home is perfect for a multi-family getaway, offering plenty of privacy and 3 full bathrooms. 5 bedrooms containing a total of 7 beds provide many options for sleeping arrangements. The large, sunny kitchen and dining area boasts a country farm style table with seating for 6, island seating for 3, and all of the modern appliances and utensils needed to prepare a simple or gourmet meal. Bright natural light fills the living room, which is equipped with a large Roku smart tv, gas fireplace, recliners and leather couches. Open the windows and front door, turn on the ceiling fans for a wonderful ocean breeze while relaxing after a day at the beach. Don’t leave your furry four-legged family member at home! We’re pet friendly for an additional fee, plus we have a shared, fenced in backyard with a grill! Free WIFI, washer and dryer in house, home is professionally cleaned after every stay. Small porch in the back and a very cool patio in the front facing J Street. 10 J is the place to stay!

Best location on the beach

Location, location, location!! This house is perfectly located, absolutely everything is a short walk away. Our group ranged from 75 to 4 years old and everyone had an amazing time. The house is very large, so everyone had plenty of space. No one felt on top of each other. 3 bathrooms made getting ready super easy. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook, we made several meals at home. The host was also super responsive. The AC in the primary bedroom died and they replaced it same day. I can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Beach House Stay

My family and I had a great stay at the beach house. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room to sleep and relax. Having the live music right next door was great. With windows shut you could barely hear the music but we had windows open most of the time. Highly recommend this property.

Up-to-Date Big Beach House

Huge Beach house completely updated in terms of decor and appliances - not your typical Hampton rental. Great layout in terms of bedrooms and a large 3rd floor loft sleeping space. Master bedroom and bath provide a nice retreat. All appliance up-date, cookware dinner ware and glassware were provided. Good communication with owner/host through the process. The fenced in backyard if you are bringing your pups was so nice compared to the need in other places to get them on a harness and find place to walk them. Perfect location with access to beach and McGuirks. In terms of McGuirks note you will be treated to the live band on Friday and Saturday nights with proximately to the stage. We enjoyed the music and it always shut down by 11:15 pm but something to be aware of.
