Great Maine Stay

Merchants Cabin Visit
Publié le 2 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayCabin was very clean and comfortable. We showed up after a hurricane and there was no power. The host showed up with lanters , flashlights and extra wood for the fireplace. Power was back on the next morning. It was a wonderful comfortable stay.

Michiganders vacation in Maine
Publié le 9 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe Merchant’s Cabin was a perfect home for our family of four and dog while we vacationed for the week. The location was great as it allowed us to hop over to Tidal Falls and Schoodic one day and Bar Harbor the next. We grilled with the charcoal and gas grill and used the provided pots for a lobster boil. We enjoyed watching the tide go in and out each day. If we’re ever back in Maine, we would definitely stay here again!

Waterfront cabin
Publié le 6 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was wonderful. We came to visit Acadia National Park. The cabin is about 40 minutes away from the park. The back porch looks right on the water. You can watch the tides come in and out. Very quiet. Grocery store within minutes and lobster places everywhere. Loved every minute.

MERCHANT’S CABIN
Publié le 28 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayOur stay at Merchant’s Cabin in Hancock was fantastic. The cabin is perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The accommodations are excellent and the property owner, Cassie is great to work with. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay close to Acadia.

Cozy Cabin
Publié le 26 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayBeautiful log cabin, loved the antique decor. Everything we needed, great view, comfy beds. For dog walking, go directly across the highway, up the hill less than a quarter mile. There is a little inlet on the left with a park sign. Great walk in the woods, so glad we found that. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing

Short distance to great local hikes and fantastic local shopping. Short drive to Acadia national park. Kayaking in Egypt bay was beautiful. All around highly recommended vacation spot. Couldn’t ask for more of a relaxing retreat from our busy lives. Everything from Grilling and chilling on the deck to exploring nature enjoying the beauty of coastal Maine.

Cute & Quaint Cabin!!
