nice and clean, staff speak a good level of English which makes it easier. I use this hotel whenever I visit the city for work. It’s located near lots of shops and not too far from hangzhou east train station or the west lane.

Public transportation to the Xihu Lake National Park is just across the Hotel, also shopping and dining at the famous Hangzhou restaurant.

Marriott remains the top brand. This hotel once again proves this point. It si conveniently connected with JW Marriott. The swimming pool is exceptionally large,
The breakfast is really good and has anything one could.
Team at the reception is exceptional. Fancy Zhou and Lee Li went above and beyond to make my check in and check out comfortable and pleasant experience. Very nice hotel i will always keep going back to.
