When I arrived, I found I had been alloted an upstairs unit. As the stairs were steep, and I had a knee injury, I was kindly moved to a downstairs unit. This was an upgrade, at no extra cost. I was very grateful. Staff very pleasant, and amenities excellent. Easy walk to pools and shops. I would stay again.
