Imtravelocity told us that there was t queen beds with a hot tub in room. Turns out all rooms with 2 beds don’t have hot tubs. The manager on duty was kind enough to give us a hot tub room anyways. Great service. Pool area is being repaired but still worked OK. Rest of hotel was nice and clean. The hot tub in room made it a good deal for us

Not great but not terrible

The room was fine, the staff was fantastic. Only complaints were other guests on floor above were making a lot of noise (sounded like kids jumping around) past 10 and it is noticeably loud in the room and there was absolutely no hot water the morning we were leaving so we couldn't take a shower. Other than that it was a perfectly fine stay.

The TV user interface is clearly a work in progress as is the WIFI. The Youtube and Google applications did not work and neither did the casting app. Otherwise the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good but not remarkable.

It was a little out of the way to get to, but was clean and comfortable. The man at the desk recommended the restaurant next door and it was an excellent choice. The room was clean and comfortable, but it took awhile to get hot water to the third floor. Breakfast was good bed was comfortable.

It was alright. Breakfast was delicious. The older man with long hair. He was working the front desk. He was very polite and helpful. To bad the bar is only open seasonally.

We always stay at this hotel when driving to visit our daughter. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is typical of hotels: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereal, fruit, waffles, juice, milk, yogurt. The restaurant on site is an easy walk and super delicious.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean. The hotel could use several updates. The bathroom had a lot of rust and peeling wallpaper. I felt the overall stay was a good value.

Good stay for the money

The staff was very friendly. The only negative I have is the hair dryer is very weak and took a long time to dry my hair.
