The staffs didn’t offer the laundry service. The room is just decent clean. The floor is dirty where you can see the dirt on the floor. We book the suite, but it seems like as a regular room. Over all, the price is expensive!

This hotel was fantastic for me! It’s a hop and a skip away from St. Joseph’s cathedral in the old quarter of Hanoi. The location is perfect, the room was always cleaned quickly. The hotel offers laundry service which makes traveling much easier. There are also plenty of options for tours or cruises you can sign up for in the lobby. The staff was excellent, friendly, professional and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to another traveler.

Upon arrival staff was extremely welcoming, organized and accommodating. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped in regards to toilettries. Only complaint was that our small window opened on a technical courtyard and had no curtain. There was a constant noise from the courtyard.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier wirklich genossen. Das Hotel liegt im Altquartier, im Stadtzentrum. Von dort aus kann man alles erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal war fantastisch. Sie haben im Voraus einen Flughafentransfer für uns organisiert, was unsere Ankunft noch einfacher und komfortabler machte. Wir fühlten uns vom Moment an, in dem wir aus dem Taxi stiegen, sehr willkommen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall empfehlen, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located in the old quarter, the city center. You can reach everything from there. The rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing. They organised an airport shuttle for us in advance, which made our arrival even more easy and comfortable. We felt very welcomed from the moment we step out of the taxi. We would definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

Very nice hotel, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. I arrived early in the morning after an overnight flight and they managed to get a room ready for me well before check in time. The hotel is in a great position for seeing the old quarter of Hannoi and represents excellent value for money. It's very near the water puppet theatre, which is well worth a visit. There is a really good baguette bar practically next door which is great for breakfast.

Hôtel très agréable, avec un personnel extrêmement serviable et amical. Je suis arrivé tôt le matin après un vol de nuit et ils ont réussi à me préparer une chambre bien avant l'heure d'enregistrement. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter le vieux quartier de Hanoï et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Il est très proche du théâtre de marionnettes sur l'eau, qui vaut vraiment le détour. Il y a un très bon bar à baguettes juste à côté, parfait pour le petit-déjeuner.

Comfortable house right in the middle of the Hoàn Kiem District. Close by hundreds of shops, bars, restaurants. Our favorite vegan restaurant is only 150m away. Also our motorcycle-rental (Style) is within walking distance. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful in every regard. We startet a 14 days motorcycle tour through the mountains and asked for letting one bag with them. Absolutely no problem! Laundry service in the house at 3usd/kg, fast and good. When again in Hanoi, we definitely will come back.

Very good value for area. Location is close to a number of bus stations that provide service to Sapa and Cat Ba. Room was spacious, very clean, comfortable and relatively quiet considering its location. Pictures on Expedia.com are accurate. Staff were eager to assist with tours and transportation and offered assistance prior to arrival. The hotel was secure with someone in the lobby during the night.
