A minimum stay of 7 nights is required during in-season (5/1 to 9/30), and 3 nights in the off-season.

Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club Optional Fees: The access fee is $750 for in-season and $250 for off-season. The fee covers up to 6 guests. This is only required if you are going to use Birchwood amenities.
