All around the property itself was not up to parts.. my room the bed was broke when I got in it was like I was on the floor.. The lock was broke I couldn’t double lock the door and on the wall it was o guess a bead roach someone had killed.. so over all I was very disappointed

Roach infestation
Posted Mar. 11, 2024 on HotelsThis was the absolute worst day I have ever had around 1 o’clock in the morning. I woke up to fix my babies bottle, and there was a roach crawling on the wall in the bathroom I thought maybe this was an isolated incident so once I went to get my baby bottle, there was a roach on her bottle and like two or three on the wall near the bed, I immediately packed my kids shook out everything we had and slept in my car I notified the hotel operator and they said they had no other rooms for me so I had to cut my trip short sleeping in my car and leave on Saturday after my daughters competition

Our room was dirty, paid way to much for how dirty the facility itself was and the the room itself

It was an older building. Very musty. They’ve tried to update it with a coat of paint. But overall old and not a clean building. There was also a dead cockroach in my sisters room.

Bathroom amenities. I left the door handle form requesting them but never got them. Had to go and ask. Found bugs on bed too.
