The room was nice, but we had no hot water despite asking at reception, and the toilet leaked over the bathroom floor. The bed linen was dirty and although we asked for it to be changed they only gave us a clean sheet the evening we arrived and then didn’t bother to change to duvet cover the next day. Disappointing given how much we had paid for the room.
