We chose this hotel because of the pool amenity and good reviews. We were recieved very graciously by the receptionist, kudos to her. We unpacked and went directly to the pool, and was mer with a sign that the pool was closed due to issues. Should have been made aware of this prior to check in, as it was a major part of our decision to stay here. The room is as described, and reception was great, but completely disappointed my two boys. We stopped their 1st love early (ripping laps on a MX track) to come here to swim somes laps ay your pool. Where we totally could have just kept ripping the track. Do i ask for my money back and go somewhere with a pool? No, I'm not that kinda guy, but sheesh...

We are very sorry the pool was not open for your family, but we have had the pool closed on every webpage so that online bookers know that it is not in working order. We are working hard at getting the pool going again.

Good spot

Decent place reasonable priced. Still using styrofoam dishes at breakfast. Heating works well.

I wouldn’t stay here

The rooms smelled like smoke, the conditions of the rooms are very out dated the walls are dirty the floors had dog food on them. the level of cleanliness is very poor . The carpet is pulling up. The room i paid for was the most expensive room with the jacuzzi tub room was supposed to sleep 3 ended up having to get a different room. I asked if the other room was the same price and I was told yes , it should have been cheaper . The pool should have been working especially after 2 years of it not working. Waiting for a part is not true new pools go in everyday. Stop being cheap. Fix your property. My 8 year old daughter was let down Dirty rooms, smells like smoke, breakfast was about what you would expect from motel 6 , i expected more for $167 a night. I am the most easiest person to please but this hands down was a huge let down.
