The Space:
Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 2x single beds. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Dishwasher and washing machine with washing pods included for both. Welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, crisps and cake. Dining room with dining seating for four people, and first-floor sitting room with Smart TV plus Freeview. Wifi, Oil central heating, fuel and power are all inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Very large garden with dedicated seating area and furniture. Zip wire and tennis court which are only shared by guests on the estate. Apple orchard where guests are welcome to pick apples. Beach is only 1.3 miles away and a lovely walk, storage is also available for bikes and kayaks. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop and pub 1.5 miles, beach 1.3 miles. Note: No more than four guests can be allowed. Note: The second bedroom is adjoining the main bedroom - you have to walk through the main bedroom to access. Note: Lawned garden is located in a private and secluded area away from the cottage. Note: No candles are to be lit in the property at any time. Note: No stag or hen parties. Note: For Christmas bookings, the property is decorated with a tree and door garland; guests can also enjoy a festive stroll along the beach.

Llanfair is a quaint village found between the foothills of the Rhinog mountains and next to Harlech Beach, overlooking views of Cardigan Bay and Shell Island whilst boasting a mild climate which attracts unique wildlife. Harlech lies next to the village, home to a 13th century castle, famous golf course, and amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Llanfair is a lovely holiday destination for those looking to discover Snowdonia National Park as well as enjoy a traditional seaside holiday.
