This adorable tiny home located in La Mirada Country Estates will give you a restful retreat! Located just on the outskirts of Harlingen, it offers quick access to major highways and stores while maintaining a quiet and peaceful stay away from the bustle of city life.

18 minutes to Harlingen International Airport; 35 minutes to McAllen International Airport; 11 minutes to Mercedes outlets; 45 minutes to South Padre Island; 1 Hour to SpaceX Launch.

Do you have a larger group that wants to rent separate units close to each other? We have several RV and Park Model tiny homes available in our mobile home community, as well as empty RV lots that you can bring your own unit into. Let us know your needs, and we’ll see how we can accommodate!

Harlingen Texas is a picturesque community in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley that blends small-town charm with diverse opportunities. Guests will find a relaxed setting with many city conveniences and a host of historic treasures. Whether your interests include camping, fishing, boating, hiking, educational exhibits, scenery, or wildlife, Harlingen can accommodate you! It also boasts quick access to South Padre Island and the Mexico border, providing a fun-filled and unique cultural experience.

The Space:
The open floor plan allows you and your guests to spread out between the TV area, front room, or dining room. Whether you’re staying for a short visit, or staying long term, the functional and well-stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and keeping your stay on a budget! Get a great night’s rest on our comfortable Queen-size bed!

ENTERTAINMENT:
The home has access to WiFi for your laptop, and smart TVs with apps you can sign into. Guests also have access to La Mirada’s community swimming pool, hot tub, and access to board games, puzzles, and a library of books.
The outside has mature trees and well-maintained lawns, offering a shady spot to BBQ or enjoy the breeze.

KITCHEN SUPPLIES:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials, including serving dishes, silverware, cups, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, griddle, toasters, microwave, blender, coffee maker, mixing bowls, measuring cups, strainers, and basic spices.

TOIELETRIES AND LINENS:
We have bathing towels, hand towels, and rags. We have extra linens and blankets. We also supply dish soap, scrubbers, cleaning rags, and basic cleaning supplies.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
The laundry room is 100 feet away, next to the community pool, with large coin-operated commercial washer and dryers at a reasonable rate.

PARKING:
Guests have two free parking spaces in front of the home.

CHECK-OUT DUTIES:
This is your vacation time, and we want you to be able to relax and enjoy your stay with us! In return, we do ask for a few simple check-out tasks to help us prepare the home in time for the next guests, as well as to help us keep our costs down so that we can continue to offer the home at a budget-friendly rate! In preparation for your departure, we only ask you to place your used rags and towels on the bathroom floor, wash any dishes you used, and put your trash in the home’s trash bins. We’ll take care of the rest!
