Mountain Glory is a unique property that offers adventure, solitude, relaxation and serenity. A great place for family time, a private get-away with your sweetheart or group vacation. It’s the perfect spot for a West Virginia mountain experience. The road to the top is rocky, but once you arrive, you'll want to return again and again! Mountain Glory is situated on a private 12-acres high on Briar-patch Mountain in Harman, WV. You’ll be telling your friends about it. Arriving to our beautiful cabin is half the fun and it’s so worth it! Situated at the "Halfway Point" between Canaan Valley & Seneca Rocks, Harman is the location of this fabulous cabin. 11.04 miles from Canaan Valley, WV and 12.38 miles from Seneca Rocks, WV. Its the perfect staging area for exploring all the adventures the region has to offer. Make Mountain Glory your home-away-from-home while you explore! Mountain Glory provides lovely amenities including hot tub, outdoor large venue fire pit with wood provided, large decks for gatherings and outdoor dinner venues. Mountain Glory offers sleeping for up to 12 with 4 Bedrooms, plus private den with sofa bed, 4 Full Baths. With bedrooms on all three floors, this cabin is a great spot for multi-family to spread out. Mountain Glory is also the perfect spot for a smaller group or couple, offering your choice of two Master Suites with privacy. Two Master Suites with private bath (1 King in basement, 1 Queen upstairs) Main floor bedroom (1 King) Bunk Room with trundles upstairs (2 Full, 2 Twins) Main floor Den with 1 sofa bed.We have 4 full baths, 1 upstairs, 1 on main floor and 2 in basement renovated lower level, to accommodate a group comfortably. You will be given a code for entry. This allows you to go directly to the cabin versus a rental office for keys. EAT, DRINK & BE MERRY at Mountain Glory! With two refrigerators and two kitchen areas you can stock up and store lots of stuff! WE LOVE DOGS! But only if they are well-mannered. Please bring your mannerly pup and enjoy your trip with them by your side, don’t let them roam far from the cabin. Well mannered dogs are allowed with non-refundable pet fee of $60.00. Dog owners are required to clean up after dog, please.

Overall we had a great time in this cabin. Pros: Location (Highly Secluded gives great privacy), Clean House, Firepit, Hot Tub.Cons: None of the bathroom doors doesn't lock. Water oozing out from the ground through the hardwood floor on the basement. Throwing a Mat on top and a de-humidifier helped. Stained bed spread, The gravel road all the way to the property is not that bad. However the drive once you enter the property to the front of the house is real steep and could get real ugly if there is lot of rain and snow. So during wet conditions AWD/4WD is a must.

Amazing

The house was amazing and had everything we needed and much more. The views are breathtaking. The driveway is a little rough, but we was prepared. The cabin was private on a mountain side, beautiful views. Family of six, plenty of room for all of us. Great deck overlooking the valley below, hot tub and bathrooms were great. Would definitely stay there again.

There is something very special about this cabin. A certain je ne sais quoi that I can't quite put my finger on. The secluded location, the view, the rustic feel with modern luxuries, the coziness, the fresh air- a constellation of goodness.

Morning Glory

Host was very helpful. Amazing views of the mountains, well equipped kitchen, enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool. Four wheel drive a must to get up the driveway, but definitely worth it once you arrive at the cabin.

Fall Mountain Birthday Celebration

We spent an October weekend celebrating a milestone birthday at Mountain Glory with a group of friends. The view and outdoor spaces were great. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. Everyone enjoyed the remote and beautiful location and proximity to day trip adventures such as Dolly Sods.

Family get away.

Myself, my wife, our 3 sons, 2 daughter in laws and 5 grandchildren stayed the weekend. We’ve been trying to have a family retreat type weekend for quite a while and it’s only 2 hours away from our home. It’s very private, remote, quite, and peaceful at Mountain Glory Cabin.

Mountain Glory

We had a wide range of ages in our family and all had a fantastic time. The deck has lots of room and an awesome view. The family loved the Tubing in Parsons, the train ride at Cass Scenic Railroad, shopping in Davis, Elkins and Thomas. We love the seclusion and know that there is price in travel time to get to these places, but again well worth it. The house had plenty of room for us (all12). The Fire Pit is the icing on the cake!! Mountain Glory is worth the trip, awesome, fantastic and glorious are words that still come up short. Thank you Suzanne!!

Family Get Together

Sweet cabin in the woods. We had 8 people and 2 little dogs with plenty of space to spread out. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were all open. It was perfect for cooking together and visiting with each other. The table outside had a great mountain view and was plenty big for our group. Setting outside in the early morning listening to the birds, and seeing the vast amount of fireflies at night was incredible. If you wanting a secluded getaway this it.

Peaceful and Secluded

Our group had a great time staying at Mountain Glory. The cabin has an epic view from the upper deck, is well located for lots of outdoor activities in the surrounding area, and gives you a level of peace and privacy that I've never experienced at any other rental. You absolutely do need a vehicle capable of getting up and down the steep gravel driveway but if you have the capability the travel up and down the mountain is well worth it. We will absolutely be keeping this place in mind for any future stays in this area.
