Farm House @ Tres Molinos Hill Country Ranch & Resort is located on a 101-year-old private owned family ranch in Harper, Tx. A convenient 20+ miles from both Fredericksburg and Kerrville, TX. Tres Molinos Hill Country Ranch & Resort allows for a private getaway in the heart of the Texas Hill Country while being conveniently located within a short scenic drive to Kerrville & Fredericksburg, both offering an array of dining and shopping options. Tres Molinos offers a variety of on-site experiences from Horseback riding in which our guests ride along with us to work cows, check pastures/water troughs/fence lines, etc while enjoying the beautiful Texas Hill Country views (this is not your typical trail ride!) UTV rentals, Fishing, Shooting range, Hiking, Hunting, and more! Call for more information.

-Please DO NOT park on the cement patios
-Be sure to return all gates to their original position immediately after accessing. This is for the safety of the animals.
-For the safety of our exotic animals, free-roaming livestock & working ranch dogs, Tres Molinos has a strict leash/kennel policy for all times when outdoors.
