We stayed for a night. It was a pretty decent room for a night sleep. As many say furniture is outdated a bit and our bathroom door was difficult to close. But for a night sleep it was doable. Breakfast was the basic stuff and not bad.

We weren't spending much time at the hotel so it was fine for a place to sleep. Definitely needs some major TLC around the whole building and rooms. But for the price I wasn't expecting anything overly nice. Again it was fine for what we needed it for. Close to Hershey Park/world where we spent most our time. Diner next door is good. Probably would pay a little more for nice next time.

The most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. We stayed 5 nights. The night before we left, we finally got housekeeping, we asked for it twice. They showed up in the early evening after we were gone all day, we returned as they were cleaning. We had to sit in the lobby for 40 minutes while they cleaned. Every day we had to go to the front desk and ask for towels. We had no toilet paper AFTER housekeeping finally cleaned our room, so we had to go to the front desk and ask for that as well. We had to take our own trash out. The bathroom door did not latch, and only 1 light worked so it was dim. Patchwork in the bathroom was an eyesore. The woman at the front desk when we checked it was great. Very kind and friendly.

Somewhat sub par

The rooms are painted orange and black, which does NOT match the online pics. Some of the furniture was a bit beat up. The bathroom door was difficult to fully close. The beds were good. No streaming channels on tv. Elevator was a bit jumpy and you had to press button at least two times to open. Staff was nice. Fair for the price but a bit disappointing.

It was easy check in, conveniently up the road from hersheypark. The rooms were clean and we had a nice stay. The walls showed signs of a leak and the wallpaper was peeled away. But otherwise fine.

Very helpful staff arranging for us to check in a bit early to change prior to the wedding we were attending. Upon arrival the desk agent was aware of our request and our room prepared for us. The room was clean and comfortable. A good experience.
