Wouldn’t stay here again. The place smelled like curry. Had to take heavy suitcase up the stairs. The hotel looks dingy and outdated. Bathtubs and sinks have been spray painted and there was over spray everywhere

The fire alarm went off multiple times during my stay. When asked why…they stated it was because the shower steam sets the alarm off. Was woke. Up in the middle of the night by the noise and when I went in the hallway everyone was walking around like it was a normal occurance. The building wasn’t even evacuated., nor did I see or hear the firetruck. Definitely a safety concern and when I asked for my money back they refused to refund !

Shower drain

The room was clean and the decor was nice. The bathtub didn’t drain well and so I didn’t take a shower. We were only passing through and I didn’t have time to change rooms or wait for it to be fixed. I appreciated the fact that they had rooms to accommodate 5 people and I feel like we got what we paid for. I looked for the least expensive option. So, the price was good, but I would have used the workout room in the morning if I knew I could take a shower afterward.

Nice Room

When we arrived the staff was friendly and checked us in. We left the room and came back and the lock wouldn't work. A staff member came up to the room and was not able to open the door so we had to wait in the lobby for 40 minutes. They were going to give us a different room then they were able to get the lock working so we went up to our room. Someone else was given that room and walked in on us. That got straightened out then the next morning I went down to the lobby and when I went back up the lock wouldn't work again. Then it started working after about a half hour. Going down for breakfast I don't understand why the staff didn't set everything up instead of sitting down to eat before finishing the set up. I wanted oatmeal but there was no hot water so I went to get some from the spigot on the coffee machine and the guy yelled and said the water would be on the counter. He waited 10 minutes before putting the hot water out. All in all it wasn't bad.

Older hotel that could use some TLC. No hot water do went to the front desk. As soon as I started telling him we had no hot water, and before I could tell him our room number, he informed me that the faucet handles in our room were backwards. Hot is cold snd cold is hot. Would have been nice to know at check in.
