The room was very small and uncomfortable. There was no microwave in the room, which made things very inconvenient. They only give you one bottle of water per guest, just once during the entire stay, and they don’t provide any for kids at all. For a hotel, I expected much better service and amenities. Definitely not worth the price.

Pros to this hotel were how quiet the room was and the proximity to a venue we were attending a show at. Restaurant staff were great. Cons- room was dusty and rug hadn’t been vacuumed. No towels in bathroom upon check in. Multiple requests over our stay to have room serviced were ignored. Felt like we were bothering the staff when we asked for service. Not the best experience at a Hilton…

The staff was great but the rooms had water damage on the walls and peeling. Beds were lumpy. We were on the 6th floor and could hear the fwy and outside noise like cars speeding up.

Not worth the rate!

This was not my hotel of choice however this was the hotel the family decided to stay. I always scan the room Before settling in. I noticed the knob from the refrigerator was broken so couldn’t turn it cold. The bathroom mirror light was broken. The rack in the shower was hanging from the wall. I wasn’t impressed at all. For the rate of the room I expected much better.
