Beautifully converted stable on a working farm, complete privacy looking out on to woods and farmland. Two bedrooms, double with en suite shower and toilet, and twin, separate bathroom with bath. Well equipped kitchen and spacious living/ dining room with wood stove. Lounge/dining area opens the length of the room on to south facing elevated terrace with three sets trifold doors. TV in lounge and double bedroom.
Linen and towels provided, cot and high chair on request.

The accommodation was very comfortable, plenty of space and a feeling of homeliness. Well equipped throughout and everything available to make for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was convenient with all utensils and appliances provided. The house was clean and great to have some games and books provided. The wood burning stove was wonderful on a cold wet winters evening. The location is superb for those wanting peace and quiet as it is tucked away where all one can hear are the birds singing. All round a wonderful, quiet retreat for those who enjoy a peaceful rural environment.

A little peace of country heaven! We stayed at The Stable in Pett for 3 nights and can honestly say it was stunningly beautiful. Me, my husband and 2 boys were greeted by a clean modern, cozy, peaceful property! The Stable offered everything we needed and more! We was even surprised with some little gifts on arrival.We got the pleasure of meeting hosts Jan & Nic who were extremely friendly and welcoming. Nic even was kind enough to provide extra firewood for the log burner. We walked in the private woods everyday and even visited the local pub for drinks.The property is on a farm with cows, pigs, horses which was lovely to walk around especially for our boys.If you are looking for a rural getaway with nothing but bird song then this place is beyond amazing! Photos do not do this rental justice
 this is a must book and we are already planning our return! Thank you for such a lovely stay! See you soon!

Had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful little cottage. Jan and Nick provide everything you could possibly need. Lovely and clean. A real home from home. We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is lovingly and cozily furnished, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There is an additional garden on the property—not directly next to the holiday home, but part of the beautiful farmstead. It features flower beds and seating areas, and guests are welcome to enjoy it. It's especially exciting for children, with plenty of space and play opportunities throughout the grounds.The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property is nestled in nature, offering a peaceful and idyllic atmosphere. It was also a perfect starting point for exploring the surrounding area and reaching our excursion destinations.We were truly impressed and would love to come back again!

We had a fantastic stay in the Stables. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. There were two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. This one had also an additional en-suite bathroom. Very nice. The kitchen, dining room and lounge were all proper sized. There were some games and duplo for the children and some dvds.The cottage lies in a very calm area on a farm surrounded by fields and woods were you can do some very nice walks.There is a nice patio where you can enjoy the evenings or you just leave the patio doors open to have an outside-feel in the dining room. We liked this very much.There are horses, guinea pigs and much things to explore for the children.The next pub is only 10 minutes by foot through the woods, but you need a car to reach the next bigger supermarket. I recommend the one in Rye.Going to the cottage can be a bit tricky, when you are not used to single road lanes, especially in the summer when the fern grows. I recommend driving from the south. The way is a bit longer, but the single track road is much shorter.All in all we really enjoyed our stay and did notiss anything. Also the hosts were really friendly and helpfull.

We had an amazing stay at the Stable. Jan and Nick are lovely hosts, and gave us a good head start into our vacation. They had prints ready where to find the shops we were especially looking for. Besides, they do a lovely farm, birds in the morning, no traffic noises, horses, cows and a pair of donkeys. In short, We Loved IT!

Another beautiful stay

This was our third time at the Stables and we just love it. Its so clean, cosy and comfortable. We love that its just in the middle of the countryside on the edge of beautiful woodland. Nick and Janet are super hosts.

Perfect peaceful get away

This farm stay is a little slice of heaven. Stayed for 4 nights with my daughters and wish we could have stayed longer. Very clean, very quiet and made to feel so welcome. We will be back.
